Cold and blustery today so we passed on our day at the beach. Later in the afternoon we went for a bike ride but it was so windy that it felt like 50 degrees instead of 64.
Monday the 25th
A much nicer day today with temperatures in the high 60's. Big activity of the day... drive out to Howard park with the kids, hoping to take them for a splash. Arriving at the park the sign said dogs must be leashed but when we got to the beach the sign said no dogs allowed. So we went back into the main part of the park and took the kids for a nice long walk.After our walk we drove up to Port Richey to see the RV Park we were going to. It turned out to be very unappealing, not at all like the photos on their web site, so we cancelled our reservations and decided to go up towards Ocala where Tina found a nice place, Blueberry Hill RV Resort (http://www.morganrvresorts.com/pages/blueberryhillfl_homepage). We made reservations for a two week stay and spent the rest of the day getting ready for tomorrows move.
