Thursday the 14th
This morning we drove to a park near Lely Resort and took the gogs for a walk around the lakes in Lely Preserve. We spotted several small alligators, lots of Anhingas, ducks, storks, herons, ibis and egrets. The dogs got their exercise and with the sun coming out they got pretty warm and tired, so we dropped them off at the coach before heading off to do a driving tour of Naples.
Eventually we ended up at Vanderbuilt Beach where we stopped for lunch at the Lighthouse Restaurand andate out on the deck overlooking the bay. After lunch we drove to Delnor-Wiggens Park where we went for a long beach walk. By 4:00 PM we called it quits and went back home to load the luggange and take Steve and Alicia to the airport for their flight home.
